Baseline

For a leadership team that suspects energy and focus are costing them more than they can see, and would rather find out before committing to anything larger.

Four weeks.

A twenty-nine question survey, answered before we meet

A day together: what determines how much capacity a person has in a working day, and the specific changes worth making

One conversation each, to work out which of those matters most for that person

A month later, the survey again and a follow-up session

You receive a written read of where the team sits at the start, the same a month later, and what moved between them. Aggregated. The company never sees an individual's answers.

What this is not. Both measurements are the same self-report survey. Nothing physical is measured and nothing holds anyone to any change. People who have just been taught what good looks like tend to report feeling better a month later. That is worth knowing and it is not the same as being better, and the write-up will say so rather than present it as proof.

If you want to know whether something actually changed rather than whether people feel it did, that is what the Executive Performance Programme is for.

4,000 €, for a team of up to ten. Payable once.
